Photo Guidelines

Hiya!
If you are here, it is because you have interest in purchasing your very own set of handcrafted paper dolls. Welcome!
To order, please go to our Etsy page HERE.
BUT!!
Not too quickly, first let's tell you about our photo guidelines.
To get the disclaimer out of the way...
NO NUDE, CRUDE OR GENERAL FORM OF INAPPROPRIATENESS ACCEPTED. THIS INCLUDES CLOTHING ITEMS! You will be reported.
It seems common sense, but needed to be said.

We draw our pieces based on pictures you provide. These pictures include headshots and full body shots.
It is recommended that you wear your hair in the fashion you would like to see replicated in your doll. Bad hair days happen, and if you are unhappy in anyway with your picture, in our correspondence we can help come up with a new solution, if it needs to be curled more or that wonky piece needs to be edited out, just let me know and we can get it worked out.
In the body shots we ask that you wear the clothes that you would like to see replicated in your doll. Maybe you have something more fashionable in mind, but don't exactly own, if you provide a picture we will be able to customize it to your piece. We also have our base model clothing options that I have designed available.
Don't be afraid to accessorize with things including; hats, headbands or jewelry. Let us know about these special requests.
Below we have our examples of acceptable photos. Please try and get as close to these example to insure accuracy. Make sure that your body is in full frame and you aren't cutting out the top of your head or feet.
Headshots: look strait ahead, with hair in front of shoulders (for women).

Full body: stand feet shoulder width apart, hands relaxed by your side.
